Depart from your Hurghada hotel and drive to Cairo, home to the Great Pyramids and Sphinx. Your Egyptologist guide will introduce you to each of the pyramids from the outside and you will have time to enter inside one (additional cost).Continue across the plateau for a photo opportunity of the pyramids rising from the sands with the Cairo skyline in the background. A short drive across the plateau finds you standing at the feet of the Sphinx. Also in Giza you may visit the Solar Boat Museum (optional), home to the funerary boat of Khufu, considered one of the best Egyptian finds since Tutankhamen’s tomb. Housing 165,000 Egyptian artifacts, the Egyptian Museum in Cairo attracts millions of visitors a year. The highlight for most are the rooms containing the priceless treasures of King Tutankhamen. His six gold gilded coffins dominate the main hall, while his magnificent death mask is the must-see item of the day. The Royal Mummies Room (additional cost) is also popular. Here you can see the mummies of many great Egyptian rulers, including Ramses II. Your guide will introduce you to the most important pieces in the museum before allowing you free time to explore. Continuing to bazaar, your guide will introduce you to the famous markets an try your luck bargaining for a souvenir of your trip to Egypt. After you book
Please print your voucher. It contains the operator's complete contact details and local telephone numbers. Hand the voucher to your guide on the day of the activity.
What if I need to change or cancel my booking?
Now with excursions4all.com you can amend, cancel OR view your booking at any time without the need to call us, Just login using your username & password - click on Online Administration zone on the Top menu. For cancelation you must inform us by email as soon as possible (72 Hours before the trip date). The appropriate amount will be credited back to your credit card account.
